PAUL WILLIAMSON

Paul Williamson is CEO of True Legacy Homes, America’s premiere Property Transition Service company.  Prior to True Legacy, Paul was the founder of True Craft Residential, a boutique developer of luxury single family and multifamily properties in the Western US.  While at True Craft he developed numerous multifamily projects, including the highly successful SanTan Village, a 382-unit luxury apartment community in Gilbert, AZ. Prior to True Craft, he was Vice President of Finance for JPI Companies. At JPI, Paul managed over $600MM in multifamily real estate debt and equity investments. Prior to JPI, he was a member of the investment teams at Archstone-Smith and BRE Properties where he was involved in over $500MM in multifamily development and acquisitions. 

 

Paul is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a BA Summa Cum Laude and an MBA from University of California, Irvine.
